• 1x Drill Template
• 1x 1/4" Alloy Steel Dowel Pin by 7/8" Long
• 1x 1/4" Cobalt Drill Bit
  
• 1x M18x1.5-60mm Bolt

Fits: 2001-2024 Chevy GMC 6.6 Duramax LB7 LLY LBZ LMM LML L5P

Note: Will not work on the 6-bolt style Fluidamprs

Install notes:

1. Place the drill template on the balancer with the supplied bolt

2. Rotate the drill hole 180° from the factory key

3. Mark drill bit at 1-5/8" drill depth with tape or a paint marker

4. Drill the crank slowly using lubricant until at the drill depth of 1-5/8". Be sure to hold          the bit square with the end of the crank.

5. Remove the template & clean the hole.

6. Install dowel pin

7. Install crank bolt and torque to spec.

    2001-2010 74 ft-lbs + 105 degrees

    2010.5-2020+ 74 ft-lbs + 90 degrees
