Q: What is your phone number?
A: At this time we do not offer phone sales/support. Please look through the FAQ and if the answer you are looking for is not there you can contact us via email.

Q: When will you have this item back in stock?
A: If an item is marked out of stock it may take us 4-6 weeks to restock depending on the item. We try to work in batches to keep pricing fair. 

Q: Can you customize an item?
A: Unfortunately most items are not built to order. Customizing the material, design etc. can easily double the cost. 

Q: Can I preorder an out of stock item?
A:  Unfortunately we do not accept preorders.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Our carriers pick up packages at our shop daily around 9am-10am EST. We work hard to get most orders that are placed the night before processed by the next morning. You can find tracking information in your email.

Q: Can I purchase this item in a custom color or raw?
A: We are sorry, at this time we do not offer custom colors or a raw finish unless it is specifically listed as an option on that item.

Q: I ordered a CAT Adapter and my fuel system won’t prime. What do I do?
A: Our adapters are designed for maximum flow to prevent fuel starvation. This means the drain back valve (AKA ball & spring) must be removed from the OEM filter housing.

Q: Do your products have a warranty?
A: Yes, you’re covered! All of our parts are warrantied against flaws in workmanship. We take pride in our products and manufacture them to the highest quality standards. Please contact us for specific warranty details relating to your item of interest.

Q: Can I upgrade shipping?
A: Yes, please add the item to your shopping cart to see a list of shipping options. Please note that all transit times are estimates.

Q: Can I pick up this item?
A: Due to high order volume and limited staffing we currently do not offer customer pick up.

Q: Will this part fit my truck?
A: Please see the item description. We list the fitment at the bottom of the description.

Q: Can I receive a sponsorship?
A: We are sorry, at this time we are not accepting new sponsors.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer straight exchanges as it can be difficult to track. You can however return an item and reorder.
