Fits loosely over 2-2.5" tube, however the weave can be stretched tight.

Fits snug over 3-3.5" tube

Actual linear coverage as cut off the roll is correct for 2.5" tube. For 3" to 3.5" tube order 1.15x more than required length of tube to be covered. If folding the end over for a nice finished look account for 3" extra on each end.
