New 6 Tube Heavy Duty EGR Cooler for the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke.
This EGR Cooler will bolt in place of the OEM Cooler and allow the exhaust gas to cool without causing coolant leakage into the engine.
These EGR coolers are some of the toughest on the market! The tubes have fully welded seams, not press fit or spot welded like other "upgraded" versions on the market!
Each EGR Cooler is Pressure Tested to 70 psi.
Full stainless steel construction.
Fits the following: 2003-2004 F250, F350, F450, F550 and Excursions with the 6.0l Powerstroke Diesel engine.
**Note: Be sure your 6.0l has the round style EGR Cooler**
