Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Our carriers pick up packages at our shop daily around 8-9am EST. We work hard to get most orders that are placed the night before processed by the next morning. You can find tracking information in your email.

Q: Can I purchase this item in a custom color or raw?
A: We are sorry, at this time we do not offer custom colors or a raw finish. However we do stock 5 different colors. Due to high demand we sometimes sell out of certain colors.

Q: I ordered a CAT Adapter and my fuel system won’t prime. What do I do?
A: Our adapters are designed for maximum flow to prevent fuel starvation. This means the drain back valve (AKA ball & spring) must be removed from the OEM filter housing. For more details please see: Installation > 6.6l Duramax CAT Adapter.
