Full turbo rebuild kit for 2003-2007 6.0l Garrett Turbos.

Please measure your current turbine wheel and vane width to ensure you receive the correct kit. The larger turbine is typically found in 2003 & 2004 6.0l turbos.

Warning: This turbine is very noisy. It will whistle loudly.

The 360° thrust bearing creates a larger thrust pan which increases strength and longevity of the turbo when compared to a stock 270° thrust bearing

The turbine & billet compressor wheel are individually balanced. We do recommend the full assembly balancing for longevity. If you would like us to take care of the balancing for you, please select the option and allow an extra few days until your order ships.

One Year Warranty Available, the following items will be required:

• Receipts of oil supply & drain tubes replaced at time of rebuild
• Balancing must be selected at time of purchase
• Turbo fasteners must be torqued to specs

Fits: 2003-2007 F250, F350, F450, F550 and Excursions. Also 2005-2010 E-Series Vans with the 6.0L Powerstroke.
