Braided Stainless Steel Fuel Line Kit for 2001-2010 6.6l Duramax LB7 LLY LBZ LMM

• Durable Stainless Steel Exterior Braid
• Rated for 21 inches/hg, meaning they won't collapse from the CP3 pump pulling a vacuum

Fits: 2001-2010 6.6l Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM in 2500/3500 applications.

Instructions:
Park truck on level surface, chock wheels & disconnect batteries.
Caution: Wear leather gloves as braided hose ends are sharp at the cut location!
Install engine side of hose that has the pre-installed fittings.
Route hoses along the frame rail to the tank.
Then trim the tank and fuel cooler side of hoses to length. When trimming wrap the hose with masking tape at cut location and use an angle grinder with abrasive cut off wheel for a smooth cut.
Install hose ends onto hoses being careful not to expand the braided ends or poke yourself with the wire braid.
Finally install hose ends onto tank and fuel cooler fittings.

Fuel Supply Connection Options:
1. Install using factory style push lock fittings near the tank. (Sometimes these are too rusty to save)
2. Cut OE female push lock fitting off and slide the ½” rubber hose over the male push lock to AN flare fitting and secure with hose clamps.
3. If installing the supply line to a lift pump, use the supplied 1/2” MPT to -08 AN adapter on the outlet side of the fuel pump to adapt to the fuel line. Note: Some aftermarket fuel pumps may use 3/8” MPT or ORB type fittings. Please confirm you have the correct adapter for your lift pump.
