If your 6.5l is facing high coolant temperatures this water pump is a key factor in keeping the engine cool. Pair it with fan clutch #: 2886 and Duramax Cooling fan #: 1580690 for best results. In some cases the Duramax cooling fan mod may require slight fan shroud trimming or the replacement of worn engine mounts.
Fits: 6.5l 1999-2002 Chevy GMC 2500/3500 Can be used on 1992-1998 engines with a spin on fan clutch.
