Increased Throttle Response
This 6/6 compressor wheel was selected for best all-around performance. The 6/6 design will produce more turbo whistle when compared to the stock design. When building a turbo there’s never a perfect choice for the compressor wheel. If the turbo must have extremely fast spooling characteristics we would recommend a 11/0 blade configuration. On the other hand if the turbo must have optimum performance at high engine/turbo rpms we would recommend fewer blades such as a 4/4 blade configuration. This is because at higher rpms more primary blades tend to get in the way rather than pulling in more air. Thus why a 6/6 design provides the best combination of both designs.

Upgraded 10 Blade or 9 Blade (OE was 11 Blade), Measures 72.2mm x 62.4mm

Full O-Ring set including VGT Solenoid O-rings
1 - 360 degree Thrust Bearing
1 - Thrust Bearing Collar
1 - Thrust Bearing Spacer
4 - 12 Point Flange Bolts
2 - Journal Bearings
1 - Bearing Spacer
2 - Stepped Gab Oil Seals
The 360 degree thrust bearing creates a larger thrust pan which increases strength and longevity of the turbo when compared to a stock 270 degree thrust bearing.
Balancing:
The turbine & billet compressor wheel are individually balanced. We do recommend getting the full assembly balanced for longevity.

Note: The threads on the compressor wheel are left hand. Turn left to tighten and right to loosen. Torque specification: 10 Ft-Lbs with blue thread locker.

Receipts of oil supply & drain tubes replaced at time of rebuild
Balanced must be selected at time of purchase
