1 - Bearing Spacer
2 - Stepped Gab Oil Seals
The 360 degree thrust bearing creates a larger thrust pan which increases strength and longevity of the turbo when compared to a stock 270 degree thrust bearing.
The turbine & billet compressor wheel are individually balanced. We do recommend getting the full assembly balanced for longevity. If you would like us to take care of the balancing for you, please select the option and allow an extra few days of lead time until your order ships.
Unison Ring & Vanes Specs:
Unison Ring: Made From High Temperature Tolerant 310SS
Standard Vanes: Made From High Temperature Tolerant 310SS
Billet Low Profile Vanes: Made From Heat Resistant 310SS, Helps Reduce Top-End EGTs, Lower Drive Pressure, Machined In US
Fits: 2007-2016 LMM / LML 6.6l Duramax Turbos in 2500/3500 applications.
LMM's will need a M10-1.25x10mm plug to plug the sensor port on the front cover.
One Year Warranty Available, the following items will be required:
- Receipts of oil supply & drain tubes replaced at time of rebuild
- Balanced must be selected at time of purchase
- Turbo fasteners must be torqued to specs
